HYROX: Benefits, risks, and more
“HYROX is quite an intense form of exercise. Like all exercise, it improves fitness and challenges the body with a strong stimulus. I like HYROX because it allows you to condense a significant amount of exercise into a short period of time. I can fit in a condensed HYROX session during my lunch break at work, providing a good variety of exercise as it’s a full-body workout. It is measurable, so you can see how you improve as each stage is timed, giving the feeling of progress.
